A soul singer who has drawn comparisons to classic R&B vocalists, Anthony Hamilton won a 2009 Grammy for his collaboration with Al Green.  Hamilton will headline on Sunday, July 5.

Summerfest 2009 will take place June 25 – July 5 from noon until midnight daily.  The Marcus Amphitheater, ten additional stages, diverse selection of food and beverages, marketplaces and interactive exhibits are set against the Lake Michigan and downtown backdrop, creating a festival experience like no other.
